How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans daily in small batches. Most orders are roasted and dispatched within 24-48 hours to ensure you receive the freshest possible product for peak flavor.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both. You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose from various grind sizes including Espresso, Filter, or Cafetiere/French Press to suit your brewing equipment.
How do your coffee subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions are fully flexible. You can choose your favorite blend and delivery frequency. There are no contracts, and you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over a certain value, as specified at checkout.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or the quality of the product, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution or replacement.
