Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your brew, but if you are not completely satisfied with your RAVE Coffee purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans that have been opened.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include your order details inside the parcel.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back to our roastery; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
